About Chardham Yatra

“KEDARNATH”-Kedarnath is one among the pilgrimage temple called the Shiv-Lok on Earth (Prithvi) this Jyotirlinga is considered the most important among the 12 revered Jyotirlingam sites across India.

Yamunotri Temple : Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.

Uttarkashi: Located at Bhagirathi river bank. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is situated where the giant iron trident is erected.

Gangotri: Gangotri is a place in the Garhwal Himalayas, where the Holy Ganges originates.

Badrinath: One of the ‘Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the world and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a magnificent history.

Itinerary

Day-1At Morning 7 am - Haridwar /Dehradun – Barkot (200 Kms /6-7Hrs)

Pick up from Haridwar drive to barkot en route visit kempty fall and enjoy the beauty of Himalayas later drive straight to barkot, check-in the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day-2Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 Kms Drive / 5 Kms Trek)

The morning after breakfast drive to Janki Chatti, trekstart from here to Yamunotri (5kms). Either by walk or byhorse or by Doli at own cost. Arrival of Yamunotri, onecan cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya Shila, after taking bath in Kund’s warm water and having “Darshan” of pious “Yamunaji” returning to Janki Chatti. Later drive back to barkot. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3Barkot – Uttarkashi (82 Kms / 4 Hrs)

The morning after breakfast drive to Uttarkashi. Enroute visit prakateshwar cave, on arrival Uttarkashi, check-in hotel, later visit Vishwanath temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi hotel.

Day 4Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Kms Per Way )

The morning after breakfast proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harshil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. On arrival Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After Gangotri Darshan & pooja drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi hotel.

Day 5Uttarkashi – Guptkashi / Phata (240 Kms / 8 Hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Gupta Kashi / Sitapur. Check-in hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at camp/hotel.

Day 6Guptkashi / Phata – Kedarnath - (32 Kms Drive / 16 Kms Trek One Way)

The morning after breakfast drive to Gauri Kund, trek start from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath on foot or on Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woollen, toiletries and clothes after, visit Kedarnath temple & perform a pooja. Also, visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple. Overnight stay at the ashram at Kedarnath.

Day 7Kedarnath - Guptkashi / Phata (32 Kms Drive / 16 Kms Trek One Way)

After darshan back to Gauri Kund from Gauri Kund to sonprayag by local cab from sonprayag we will pick up & you will be transferred to hotel dinner & overnight stay at phata/Gupta Kashi hotel.

Day 8 Phata /Guptkashi – Via Chopta (Tungnath) - PipalKoti ( 130 Km 5-6 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to pipalkoti via chopta, en route visit tungnath temple( 3 km trek) after visit tungnath drive straight to piplakoti overnight stay at pipalkoti.

Day 9Pipal Koti - Badrinath - Pipal Koti (75 Kms/2Hrs )

After breakfast early morning time 7 am we will drive to Badrinath.

Day 10Pipalkoti – Haridwar (242 Km / 6 To 7 Hrs)

Early Morning, After Breakfast, You Drive Downhill To Haridwar Visit Panch Prayags Of Garhwal Himalayas.

  • Payment against dishonoured cheque shall have to be paid with additional charge of ₹ 200/- per cheque extra and other Bank charges if applicable by Bank.
  • In case of cash deposit to our account ₹50/- shall be charged for each such deposit.
  •  If the balance payment is not made before 30 days, 15% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be forfeited without any prior intimation and remain will refund by cheque in favour of participant as per detail given while registering.

Cancellations made before 30 days – 90% refund
Cancellations made within 21 to 30 days – 75% refund
Cancellations made within 15 to 20 days – 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days – no refund.
Rescheduling dates within the same trip – 25% of the journey costs.- subject to availability*. Tickets Cancellation Costs will be paid extra.

Only Written Cancellations by post or email will be accepted. Refund should be claimed within month after completion of the camp. Original receipts must be returned to us for refund.
