About Manali

Manali is situated 40 km away from Kullu valley to the north the national high way leading to Leh. It is nestled in the mountains of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh near the northern end of the Kula valley, at an altitude of 6,726 feet in the Beas river valley. The land scape here is breath taking. One sees well-defined snow-capped peaks, the Beas River with its clear water meanders through the town. On the other side are deodar and Pine trees, tiny fields and fruit orchards. It is a favourite resort for trekkers Lahul, spiti, Kannur, Leh and Zanskar regions in Kashmir valley. A staging point for number of treks and sports such as a white-water rafting. Manali is also on the road to Ladakh via the valley of Lahul and Spiti and the Rohtang pass which is the main attraction near Manali.

Itinerary

Day-1Reporting at Ahmedabad / Surat / Vadodara Railway station.

Departure for Pathankot / Chandigarh by schedule of train.

Day-2Arrival at Pathankot / Chandigarh

Travel by Road from Pathankot to Manali ( 350kms. aprox 12 hrs.) and arrive at campsite.

Day 3Arrival at Kullu-Manali

Arrival at camp site, check in camp, It is situated at Babeli near Manali. Allotting of tents, after rest briefing about do’s and don’ts, in mountain and equipment used in adventure activities, lunch time, to experienced Archery, Dart board and blow in by making team and to create a healthy team building competition. In the evening play game with tea and snacks. After complete activities time to free to walk around river shore and playing badminton, Volleyball Carom, Chess and many more.

Day 4Trek to Bijli Mahadev (8070 ft. 2 hours) OR Parashar Lake

Early morning wake up and then yoga, meditation and morning exercise, After breakfast move to Bijli Mahadev Temple. It is situated at top of the mountain, with pack lunch. Up to Chansari village we travel by car or bus and then Trek starts in between Oak Tree and Deodar Tree, dense Forest and its takes time approximate 1 hour and 45 minutes. After reach there enjoy the beauty of nature and a very scenic and spectacular view of entire Kullu and Manikaran Valley. Then time to play some game there. After spending beautiful time and back with sweet memory at our camp site and bone fire, light music with Dinner.

Day 5Drive to Jobra and trek to Chikka

We will start drive to Prini and after that jeep ride to Jobri . While moving towards Hamta Dam we will get to view the exquisitely beautiful pine forest.rock faces and trees like maple , walnut and oak. We will trek from Hamta Dam till Chikka , which is our campsite for the first day in jungle.It takes around 2 hours to complete this part of the trek. The trek is easy with very less ascend. There is a small forest patch and then two wooden bridges to get you to the camp site . Chika camp site is identified by big boulders and a beautiful waterfall.
Over night stay at higher camp

Day 6Chika- Snow Range towards Hampta pass

Today’s trail will take you through Jwara- a beautiful scenic sheltered valley. After an early breakfast, trek begins from chikka and walk along the banks of the river to the left. The route will encompass several small waterfalls, lush green meadows and Dhauladhar peaks will be your constant company throughout the hiking hours. Over night stay at higher camp.

Day 7Trek from Chika to Manali Market and return to base Camp

On this day your exciting trek
Have breakfast and leave for your return journey to Manali Market. After explore Manali return back to base Camp.

Day 8Adventure Activities and River Rafting.

Early morning wake up and then yoga , meditation and morning exercise Or option to go to village Walk. After breakfast time to high rope course e.g. Burma Bridge, Bamboo Bridge, Balancing Rope, Ladder and Tarzan and time to Rafting Masti in Beas river. After lunch group photographs, feed-back session, certificate distribution, packing up etc. and start return journey with sweet memory of Camp.

Rafting is Complimentary in the package, and it is allowed only for 14 years above kids as per rules.

Day 9Arrival at Pathankot / Chandigarh

Arrive at Pathankot Railway station and Depart for Ahmedabad/Suart/Vadodara.

Day 10Arrival at Ahmedabad / Surat / Vadodara

Arrival at Ahmedabad / Suart  / Vadodara with sweet memories of the camp.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
  • Accommodation during the trek.

  • Safety Equipment (First Aid, Medical Kit, Oxygen Cylinder, Etc.)

  • Service of an expert trek team (Guides, Cooks, helpers, porters, mules).
  • Memories for life time.
  • Food during travelling. 
  • Any personal Expenses towards tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverage etc.
  • Unforeseen handling costs due to weather disturbance, landslides, political unrest. However, all best possible assistance would be provided in case of emergency.
  • Anything apart from the inclusion.
  • Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance 30% to 50% of total Price and the balance payment is to be paid before 30 days of the departure date of the batch.
  • If you wish to do Transfer fund direct into our Bank Account, we will mail to you Bank details during registration process.
  • Cheque/Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of ‘Yuvaa Pragati Adventure Treks and Tours’  
  • Payment against dishonoured cheque shall have to be paid with additional charge of ₹ 200/- per cheque extra and other Bank charges if applicable by Bank.
  • In case of cash deposit to our account ₹50/- shall be charged for each such deposit.
  •  If the balance payment is not made before 30 days, 15% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be forfeited without any prior intimation and remain will refund by cheque in favour of participant as per detail given while registering.

In case of cancellation,

  • 85% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be refunded 
  • 30-21 Days Prior Trip Date 70% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be  refunded
  • 20-11 Days Prior Trip Date 50% of the Total charges of the camp/tour will be    refunded 
  • Less Than 10 Days of  the Trip Date have No Refund 

Only Written Cancellations by post or email will be accepted. Refund should be claimed within month after completion of the camp. Original receipts must be returned to us for refund.
